GENERAL TERMS:
In the case of speaking native Spanish, I would appreciate it if we communicate that way.
If not, write to me in English clearly.
Any misconduct will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.
When ordering a drawing, please provide orderly references, be they images or very precise descriptions of what you want.
If you don't follow the above rules, I have the right to decline your commission.
______________PAYMENT:
Half of the commission price will be paid when you commission the drawing from me, the second half of the payment will be made after you have approved the sketch and before I start working on the final piece.
The only accepted currency is USD through PayPal.
______________PROCESS:
The sketch can be changed up to two times free of charge, then more money will be requested depending on the complexity.
You will receive the drawing within 3 to 7 days after the sketch is delivered.
However, factors such as personal problems that may delay my work time can occur; If that happens, you will be notified as soon as possible.
______________FINISHED DRAWING:
Once a commission has ended, only small changes such as coloring errors are allowed.
Any big change will come with an additional charge: costume change, addition or subtraction, character redesign, or anything that causes me to have to completely redraw the commission.
If your reference was not clear at first, then you will not be allowed to make minor changes without a fee. Make sure you are clear about what you are looking for in your order.
______________COPYRIGHT AND USE POLICY:
I, the artist, have all the rights to the drawing produced, not the commissioner.
Therefore, I am allowed to use the artwork to promote myself, post it on any social media, and display it as I please.
Please understand that commissioning does not mean that I am purchasing the rights to the resulting image.
The commissioner can print the art and claim the right to the characters from it, but not the drawing itself.
Requested parts are for personal use only; commercial use is prohibited.
Removal of signatures and watermarks and credit for the creation of the drawing are also prohibited.
______________CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
I have the right to cancel and refund your commission money at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund under any circumstances after payment has been received by me.
If you have not sent the money yet, you have the right to cancel the commission.
I have the right to keep the money you have given me if you are not satisfied with the completed commission, since I worked on it anyway.
In the event of a scam, your name will be posted anywhere you want for others to take your behavior into account.
